" I was a high school student, attending a family get together, when I witnessed a family member involved in a serious accident. I still remember that feeling, standing there feeling helpless and not knowing what to do while others helped her to the vehicle and got her to the hospital. That moment changed me. I decided I never wanted to experience that feeling of helplessness and not knowing what to do again. 

Since that day I have pursued training and education in many different areas and those feelings of not knowing, while they still do occur sometimes, happen less now. Over the past 17 years in law enforcement, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow in many ways and help lots of people, but I’ve also learned that training yourself to help others isn’t enough. We must help those around us to learn and grow, and that’s where Fullscope Training was born. 

Our goal is to help those around us to grow and build a better version of themselves to improve our community, our state, and our nation, starting with the individual’s right here at home.  The people that make up Fullscope Training all have their own stories of failures and successes, but each of us are driven by these successes and failures to help others on their own paths. Our time on this earth is limited, but if we focus, train, and live in an intentional way we can make the most of it to help the people around us."
